At Accelerite, as we evolve our offerings, there is a continuing effort to focus on our Enterprise-based product offerings. Our focus areas include cloud infrastructure, endpoint security, IoT and big data analytics. As a result of this strategic decision, we have decided to exit the MSP Disaster-Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) space.

Accelerite values its rCloud partners highly and prides itself on its world class customer service. We will continue to provide stellar support during this transition.

AppAssure Licensing Use AppAssure (RapidRecovery) licensing and support will expire on this date. 10/14/2017
rCloud Machine Seeding The last date that rCloud support will accept disks for seeding.

There is an End-of-Sale on all rCloud offerings. All rCloud contracts will no longer auto-renew annually. Any contract which is scheduled to renew after January 12, 2018 will end on that date of January 12, 2018. If you have any further questions, please contact your Account Manager.

The End-of-Life (EOL) date for rCloud is January 12, 2018. All rCloud services are available until that date. Web-based access to rCloud.accelerite.com and all partner and client data still remaining has been deleted from the rCloud at the end of your contract or on January 12, 2018 – whichever date comes earlier.

The End-of-Support date for rCloud is on January 12, 2018. All rCloud support functions including seeding, restoring, DR recovery and failback. For any further questions, please contact customer support directly at recoverysupport@accelerite.com or call +1 (800) 260-4174.

The rCloud End-of-Development was on April 4, 2017. Accelerite may release fixes to critical bugs as required.

No, machine seeding (via internet and disk) were available until November 12, 2017.

Licenses purchased from StorageCraft ShadowProtect or other resellers are the partners’ responsibility for maintaining licensing and use.

Licenses purchased from Accelerite will cease to function for your client servers on your contract end date or October 14, 2017 – whichever comes earlier. Partners wishing to continuing to use AppAssure licensing will need to contact your Account Manager or Quest directly for continuity of licensing.

We have reached out to StorageCraft to help ease transition for any partners using ShadowProtect. StorageCraft is providing a limited time offer for existing rCloud partners. Please contact your Account Manager for any questions on this offering and transition details.

At this time we do not have any similar offerings for users of the rCloud ESX agent or rCloud AppAssure agent (also known as RapidRecovery) – but will update any information if this changes.

Hardware purchased by rCloud partners are fully owned upon completion of the rCloud contract payments. Please contact your Account Manager for any further questions.

Continuing with the existing policy, any partner who leaves rCloud will have their partner and client data removed within 7 days at the end of contract.

Continuing with the existing policy, partners can opt to download the last 30 days of data from the rCloud via the internet, till the end of your contract or on January 12, 2018 – whichever date comes earlier.
