Louisiana Public Health Institute Enhances Research Development with Accelerite’s Radia
Secure Mobile Connectivity and Scalability Empowers LPHI and Its Partners to Accelerate Research Development
SANTA CLARA, Calif., SEPT 3, 2015 – The Louisiana Clinical Data Research Network (LaCDRN), a program within the Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI), has deployed Radia Mobility Management, an Acceleriteproduct to better manage, protect, and secure the computing devices it uses to collect patient information in an increasingly mobility-driven environment.
LPHI, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, manages a variety of community health programs across the state to improve the health and quality of life of all Louisianans where they live, work, learn and play. LPHI also provides an array of services to local and national partner organizations that enables them to focus on improving patient health outcomes—regardless of demographic, income, and geography.
LaCDRN deployed Accelerite’s Radia Mobility Management solution through the cloud to secure and manage tablet computers used by researchers collecting patient outcomes in participating health systems. The extensible unified endpoint management (UEM) platform of Radia enables LPHI to securely manage an increasing number of tablets and other devices, regardless of platform, as LPHI expands its research trials.
“Deploying Radia Mobility Management has helped us increase our research agility and effectiveness by boosting the speed and access for our tablets in the field without having to make any compromises in data security and compliance. Using Radia, we’ve been able to improve our data collection and collaboration system-wide, all within our budget. Accelerite offers ease-of-use, cost-effectiveness, and scalability giving both our IT teams and field researchers an added layer of flexibility that’s expanding our capabilities and helping us to better advance our mission.” – Eliel Oliveira, Associate Director, Louisiana Public Health Institute-LACDRN
“From enterprises to SMBs, organizations such as LPHI are increasingly in search of secure, reliable, and scalable endpoint management solutions that can be tailored to their unique industry and deployment needs. Radia delivers with its high-levels of automation and unrivalled scalability enabled LPHI to simplify IT administration and create seamless and secure data collection in clinics in multiple states. Accelerite is committed to supporting LPHI’s efforts towards better health for all. We will continue to deploy Radia’s unique unified management solution as LPHI extends its data gathering to additional types of endpoint devices.” – Harshal Shah, Senior Director, Healthcare, Accelerite
Radia Mobility Management offers fully integrated mobile device, application, and content security management (MDM, MAM, MCM), and more to enable. You can deploy Radia Mobility Management either as a separate tool to manage only your mobile devices, or leverage the full capabilities of the Radia Endpoint Manager extensible console to manage all of your enterprise endpoints, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs, servers, virtual environments, industry-specific devices such as ATMs, POS systems, and more. Radia is offered in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid deployment modules.
